Accepts and comply to be legally bound by this Agreement.
Agrees that he may not use automatic programs to create a database by systematically downloading the content of DigChip database.
Shall not disseminate, distribute or publish the Databases over network or any other form.

Understands and agrees that the Member will not, without the prior written consent of the supplier or provider of any Confidential Information.

Notify DigChip and Keep up to date any changes into his account according to the information he gives in the registration forms.

All the informations provided by the Member at the membership account were and are accurate and not misleading.

Agrees that registration is valid for a single user. The Member must not transmit to any other party access to the Member's area databases such as user ID and (or) Password.

The Member is solely responsible for the performance and condition of, and is solely responsible for any damage to or loss of, its hardware, software and network systems and its connection to and ability to access databases.

THE DATABASES OR ANY OTHER RELATED SERVICES PROVIDED BY DIGCHIP ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
