DescriptionBourns PWR247T-100 AEC-Q200 High Power Resistors deliver low 0.1H maximum inductance in a TO-247 housing. The AEC-Q200 compliant resistors are compatible with lead free solder reflow temperatures and feature resistance values from 0.05 to 100?. These Bourns resistors are made with a thick film resistive element on a white alumina ceramic substrate to absorb power up to 100W when heatsink mounted. The radial leaded resistors are available in two tolerance options of 1% and 5%. PWR247T-100 Series High Power Resistors are ideal for current limiting, current measurement and capacitor discharge.
