|Description||Amphenol FCI eHPCE® (Enhanced High Power Card Edge) Connectors offer the same footprint as classic HPCE connectors but with several improvements. These enhanced connectors provide 50% more points of contact with 20% thicker contact material, delivering 15% more power density and a current rating of 42A per contact. The low-halogen, thermoplastic housing has better mechanical alignment and meets JEDEC standards, expanding the operating temperature to a range of -55°C to 105°C. The connectors' physical design provides lower resistance via GCS plating technology. Amphenol FCI eHPCE Connectors are ideal for industrial controls and instruments as well as equipment in the datacom, telecom, networking, and medical fields.

eHPCE® connector offers a 15% increase in power density with the same footprint as classic HPCE®. The all-new power contact design offers lower contact resistance and higher current carrying capacity compared to classic HPCE® connectors. eHPCE® connectors are designed to extend the life of power supplies using card edge output power connectors.
