DescriptionISSI IS62WVS Serial SRAMs are fabricated using high-performance CMOS technology to provide 4A standby current. These SRAMs are 512K or 1M or 2M bit serial static RAMs organized as 64K or 128K or 256K bytes respectively by 8 bits. The I62WVS serial SRAMs offer 20MHz clock rate, Serial Peripheral Interface (SPI) compatible bus interface, and support unlimited reads and writes to the memory array. The additional interfaces supported are Serial Dual Interface (SDI) and Serial Quad Interface (SQI) for the faster data rate requirements. These SRAMs operate within -40C to 85C temperature range and are available in a lead-free 8-pin SOIC package. Typical applications include industrial IoT, advanced driver assistance systems, and medical industry.

DESCRIPTION

The ISSI IS62/65WVS0648FALL/BLL are 512K bit Serial static RAMs organized as 64K bytes by 8 bits. It is fabricated using ISSI's high-performance CMOS technology. The device is accessed via a simple Serial Peripheral Interface (SPI) compatible serial bus. The bus signals required are a clock input (SCK) plus separate data in (SI) and data out (SO) lines. Access the device is controlled through a Chip Select (CS#) input. Additionally, SDI (Serial Dual Interface) and SQI (Serial Quad Interface) is supported if your application needs faster data rates. This device also supports unlimited reads and writes to the memory array. The IS62/65WVS0648FALL/BLL are available in the standard packages including 8-pin SOIC, 8-pin TSSOP and 24-ball TFBGA x 8mm).
