    Pure Hospitality Makes Bold Adjustment To Business Strategy: Divest And FocusNew Platform Expected to Expedite Growth and Value

    LAS VEGAS, March 1, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Pure Hospitality Solutions, Inc., announced today, that the Company has made a bold adjustment for the overall advancement of the Company's future and shareholder interest. Pure is shifting its primary focus toward building a technology driven Company, shedding any capital exhaustive asset offering a lower ROI proposition than the extremely lucrative opportunity found in Oveedia's market.

    "When I agreed to merge E-Network with Oriens, it was at the urging of outside advisors who thought owning real estate at this early stage of the Company's development would strengthen the business," stated Melvin Pereira, President of Pure Hospitality Solutions, Inc. "Both the recent Orbitz acquisition and Google's entry into online travel, reveals that Oveedia has enormous value potential as a region specific, online travel systems platform; far beyond that of the real-estate we injected in 2014, or could possibly purchase over the next 12 months. So we are going where the smart money is."

    Currently, Pure's property related obligations amount to over $25,000 per month. That's over $300k a year that shareholders may ultimately have to pay for, with little short-term upside. By shedding these assets now, the Company can focus. Left with a hotel branding arm and a technology arm - Pure can help accelerate the launch of an online booking platform capable of delivering millions of dollars in revenue and capital valuation.

    Management suggests, eliminating almost all of the Company's major monthly obligations is key. This will allow Pure to, "focus on the rapid launch of a disruptive online travel technology system, while protecting the health of the stock," continued Pereira.

    "Pure having millions of dollars in real estate at such an early stage, actually had a crippling effect on shareholder value. In an environment where raising money often results in toxic capital that inflicts a stock's health, I had to make a decision. Halt real-estate acquisitions, divest all current asset holdings, and expand in an area I am confident we will absolutely succeed in."

    Current conservative projections released to private investment groups show Oveedia valuations exceeding $40M relatively soon thereafter launch. Pure's current real-estate holdings could never deliver that kind of shareholder value.

    Mr. Pereira concluded, "I am a shareholder. Like all of our shareholders, when Oveedia is sold, I'd like to receive the greatest value for my investment. Our decision to divest and focus, I believe is less 'bold,' than it is appropriate and common sense."

    It came from a struggle that we all have in our everyday lives. Whether we're shopping at the supermarket, riding a bike or carrying files in the office, our hands are often full. When the phone rings, we don't usually have much time to answer. By the time we free our hands or search through our bags and find the right way to pick up the phone, it's already too late.

    2. How about the overall design of the phone?

    With the upside-down effect comes the necessity of keeping the phone perfectly symmetrical. So we put a lot of effort into designing this orientation-free structure with dual front speakers. We also paid attention to the minutest details. The elegant casing, for example, featuring a brushed metal frame with a dual-color diamond-cut effect, is unique in the industry.

    3. How do you work with your design studio?

    Our team of designers is rapidly expanding -- we have a whole group of young and passionate designers. My designers are inspired by everything around them: what's going on in the music, film and automotive industries, for instance.

    1. Is there a feature of IDOL 3 that you'd like to highlight?Today we use
    our smartphones as a camera. To immortalize the most important moments of
    our lives, we grab our smartphones without even thinking about it. That's

    audio.Absolutely. We completely redesigned the IDOL's music player to

    1. Where did you get your inspiration for this smartphone?It came from a
    struggle that we all have in our everyday lives. Whether we're shopping
    at the supermarket, riding a bike or carrying files in the office, our
    hands are often full. When the phone rings, we don't usually have much
    time to answer. By the time we free our hands or search through our bags
    and find the right way to pick up the phone, it's already too late.
    That's why I had this idea of a smartphone you can pick up both ways.
    IDOL 3 rocks, even upside down.
    2. How about the overall design of the phone? With the upside-down effect
    comes the necessity of keeping the phone perfectly symmetrical. So we put
    a lot of effort into designing this orientation-free structure with dual
    front speakers. We also paid attention to the minutest details. The
    elegant casing, for example, featuring a brushed metal frame with a
    dual-color diamond-cut effect, is unique in the industry.
    3. How do you work with your design studio?Our team of designers is rapidly
    expanding -- we have a whole group of young and passionate designers. My
    designers are inspired by everything around them: what's going on in the
    music, film and automotive industries, for instance.

    1. What does the launch of this smartphone mean for ALCATEL ONETOUCH?It's a
    smartphone that really shows that we can deliver the best experience for
    our customers. IDOL 3 is a premium smartphone that will reach a worldwide

    MediaTek Introduces a New Convergence Standard for Cross-Device Sharing with CrossMount

    - Fast and easy sharing of content, hardware and software resources enable multiple devices to combine and act together as a single, more powerful device

    BARCELONA, Spain, March 1, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- MediaTek today announced CrossMount - a new technology that simplifies hardware and software resource sharing between different consumer devices. Designed to be a new standard in cross-device convergence, the CrossMount framework ensures any compatible device can seamlessly use and share hardware or software resources authorized by the user. CrossMount is an open and simple-to-implement technology for the wide ecosystem of MediaTek customers and partners that opens the possibilities for multiple devices effectively working as one or sharing applications and hardware resources.

    CrossMount defines its service mounting standard based on UPnP protocol, and can be implemented primarily in Android and Linux as well as other platforms.     SK Telecom will demonstrate 7.5Gbps data transmission through 3D Beamforming technology using millimeter wave (mmWave)* frequency bands. Due to saturation and fragmentation of frequency resources in bands below 6GHz being used today for mobile telecommunications, technologies that enable the utilization of mmWave frequency bands will play an important part in realizing early commercialization of 5G.
    *Millimeter-wave (mmWave) refers to electromagnetic waves with a frequency of 30GHz to 300GHz, and wavelength between 1mm to 10mm.

    The company will also showcase new telecommunications technologies, including Fast Data Platform for Network, T Oven and Quantum Cryptography System to enhance the completeness of the 5G network system.

    Fast Data Platform is an innovative platform that prevents service quality degradation by collecting and analyzing Big Data generated by the network, and T OVEN is a technology capable of orchestrating a virtualized network.
